The number of units in charge of the county committees increased from 38 to 66, covering all party groups and county direct departments, and 21 contact units of the committees were added, including all Central, provincial and state units stationed in Zen and county-level state-owned enterprises, to achieve full coverage of the dispatched agencies and ensure that there is no restricted area for supervision. We will strengthen the ranks of cadres. There are 8 cadres of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Labor, 5 new ones, and 76 cadres of the 6 Commission for Discipline Inspection. We will step up education and training efforts, and issue three books, the Practical Manual for the Handling of Cases by the Cengong County Discipline Inspection and Supervision Organs, the Teaching Materials for the Handling of Party and Government Discipline Cases in Cengong County and the Investigation and Application of Evidence in Party and Government Cases, and four training courses of various kinds. Organization of 153 training sessions for cadres of the Commission. We will strengthen the responsibility of reviewing and holding accountable three disciplinary cadres who do not seriously perform their supervision responsibilities. We will force disciplinary cadres to perform their duties and take responsibility for supervision on their shoulders.
We will strengthen communication and guidance to highlight cases. The "Circular on Clarifying the Contact of the Members of the Bureau of the Bureau of Discipline Inspection to Guide the People's Livelihood Supervision Group and the Bureau of Discipline Inspection(Supervision Branch)" was issued, and it was clearly stipulated that the members of the board of directors should contact and guide one Commission of Discipline Inspection to promote the Commission of Discipline Inspection to perform its supervision responsibilities. So far, the number of cases investigated and handled by the committees accounts for 37.14 % of the total number of counties.
